Below is a list of open positions at Driehaus Capital Management LLC.  You may submit your resume to us online.  When we receive your resume, we will consider whether your qualifications match the job requirements for the position that you are applying for. Our open positions are listed below:

Driehaus Capital Management LLC currently seeks a hands on Operations Manager to assist in and oversee the daily operations of the Trade Support, Middle Office and Data Management functions.

• Leads effort to refine and improve existing securities operations methods and protocols. Identifies new initiatives, workflows and systems to improve operational efficiencies.
• Hires and evaluates staff, addresses performance issues and assists Team Leaders in evaluating their teams. Coordinates hiring and salary adjustments.
• Informs direct reports of new products, ensuring that individuals are knowledgeable and able to support our investment products. Identifies or conducts training and information sharing to foster ongoing knowledge transfer.
• Determines and administers budget and business plan for the department.
• Manages and prioritizes IT initiatives and docket items for the department.

Individual must have at least 8-10 years of experience with multiple operations process such as: order generation, trade processing, confirmation and settlement, corporate actions and reconciliation. Experience across diverse security types (equities, fixed income, currencies) both domestic and international experience is desired, as well as experience with an order management system (such as Linedata LVTS).
