Below is a list of open positions at Driehaus Capital Management LLC.  You may submit your resume to us online.  When we receive your resume, we will consider whether your qualifications match the job requirements for the position that you are applying for. Associate Analyst

Responsibilities: Collects research information, analyzes earnings reports and published research, conducts statistical analyses, and completes written summaries for potential new investment ideas and current portfolio investments.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required; we will consider candidates with finance, accounting, business and liberal arts backgrounds. Candidates should have a solid understanding of fundamental business concepts, a demonstrated interest in the financial markets, and the intent to pursue a career in equity research. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, creative thinking, self-motivated, focused individual with exemplary communication skills.

Middle Office Specialist

Responsibilities: Assists and supports the Operations staff as needed with primary responsibilities including account reconciliation, verification of pricing, posting corporate actions, processing electronic trade and FX confirmations, and generating various reports. Specialist reconciles positions, cash and transactions for the corporation's international portfolios.  Specialist also ensures the settlement of the firm's international and domestic transactions and maintains relationships with custodians.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Familiarity with basic accounting principles and securities operations is helpful.  Must demonstrate attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  The ability to effectively communicate and use sound judgment is critical.   Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is required.
