Michelle CahoonChief Financial OfficerMichelle Cahoon is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions for the Firm and its affiliates. She is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee in addition to acting as Vice President and Treasurer of the Driehaus Mutual Funds. Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2002 she worked for Arthur Andersen in the audit practice working primarily with financial services companies from 1987 to 2002. Ms. Cahoon left Arthur Andersen with the title of senior manager. Ms. Cahoon received her Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1987. She is a certified public accountant and holds the Series 27 license. |

Carla DawsonDirector of Human ResourcesCarla Dawson is the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the Human Resources department. She is a member of the Executive Committee, whose task is to guide the Firm’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 1997 she worked as an associate for Heidrick & Struggles from 1996 to 1997. In 1996, she worked as a Research Associates for Korn/Ferry International. Prior to that, she worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Abaco Casa de Bolsa from 1994 to 1996. Before assuming her current position at Driehaus, she held the titles of College Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. Ms. Dawson received her B.A. in Mexico City from the Universidad Anahuac del Sur in 1994. She earned an M.S. in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago in 2002 and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). |

Janet McWilliamsGeneral Counsel, Senior Vice President and SecretaryJanet McWilliams is the General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary and is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s legal and regulatory functions. As a member of the Executive Committee, Ms. McWilliams also participates in a decision making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the Firm. Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 1994, she was a Paralegal with the law firms of Querrey & Harrow and Sidley & Austin from 1992 to 1994. Initially, she joined Driehaus as a Paralegal and was later promoted to Senior Paralegal. Ms. McWilliams earned her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2000 and was promoted to Attorney and was again promoted to Senior Attorney. In 2006, Ms. McWilliams was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Vice President where she was responsible for ensuring the Firm’s activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. She assumed her current role in 2012. Ms. McWilliams received her B.A. degree from Luther College in 1992. |

Dan ReaDirector of ResearchDan Rea is the Portfolio Manager for the Driehaus International Discovery and Driehaus Global Growth Strategies. In his role as Portfolio Manager he is responsible for the Strategies’ portfolio construction and buy/sell decisions. He is also involved in daily tracking of the portfolio performance as well as macro-level trends and the market environment. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Rea also acts as the Firm’s Director of Research and serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Rea originally worked for Driehaus Capital Management LLC as a domestic research analyst beginning in 1997, following a position in corporate finance at GE Capital Corporation. He was named Portfolio Manager of the Driehaus Emerging Growth Strategy in 1998. In 2000, Mr. Rea joined BlackRock, Inc., where he was a senior equity analyst on its Global Growth team and Portfolio Manager of the BlackRock Global Science and Technology Fund. In 2005, he joined Franklin Templeton Investments as a senior equity analyst and sector leader on its Global Large Cap Growth team until he rejoined Driehaus in 2006. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from Marquette University in 1995. |

Kaaren SagastumeDirector of Operations and Information TechnologyKaaren Sagastume is the Director of Operations and Information Technology and is responsible for overseeing the Trading and Operations departments. She also acts as a liaison between the information technology group and the Firm’s business users, garnering management consensus of project priorities assigned to IT and managing staff. As a member of the Executive Committee, Ms. Sagastume also participates in a decision making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the Firm. Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2001 she worked briefly as a technical consultant/ business analyst for Analysts International before joining Plural Inc. as a consultant/project manager from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that she worked as a project manager with SunGard Financial Systems and Fire Pond from 1995 to 1999. In 1993, she worked in trade settlement for FCI and started her career with ESI working in client servicing in 1990. Ms. Sagastume received her B.A. in Art/Business and Economics in 1989 from Lafayette College. |

Tom SeftenbergDirector of Relationship ManagementTom Seftenberg is the Director of Relationship Management and is responsible for coordinating the relationship management efforts of the Firm. As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Seftenberg also participates in a decision-making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the Firm. He has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 1999 he worked briefly with Heller Finance, Inc. as a Leveraged Finance Associate in the corporate finance group. From 1998 to 1999, he was an Investment Banking Associate for the structured finance group at Nomura Securities International, Inc. He began his career with The Northern Trust Company in 1992. At the time of his departure in 1998 he was a Relationship Manager and Bank Officer in the private banking group. Mr. Seftenberg received his B.A. degree in Political Science from Wittenberg University in 1991 and completed his M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago in 1998. |

Stephen Weber, CFASenior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Relationship ManagementStephen Weber is the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management and is responsible for directing the Firm’s sales, marketing and relationship management functions. As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Weber also participates in a decision-making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the Firm. Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2006 he was Vice President, Global Consultant Relations at BlackRock Inc. From 1999 to 2005, he worked at Columbia Management (formerly Stein Roe & Farnham), where he was Senior Vice President, National Director of Consultant Relations. He started his career in institutional sales and marketing with Wells Capital Management. Mr. Weber received his B.S. degree in Finance and International Studies from Indiana University in 1992. He is a CFA charterholder. |
