Stephen Weber is responsible for directing the firm’s sales and relationship management functions. Additionally, he serves on the firm’s business management committee.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2006 he was vice president, global consultant relations at BlackRock, Inc. From 1999 to 2005, he worked at Columbia Management (formerly Stein Roe & Farnham), where he was senior vice president, national director of consultant relations. He started his career in institutional sales and marketing with Wells Capital Management. Mr. Weber received his B.S. in Finance and International Studies from Indiana University in 1992. Mr. Weber is a CFA charterholder.

Will Hickey is responsible for marketing and selling the firm's institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2007 Mr. Hickey worked in the institutional marketing group for Columbia Management Advisors and left that firm with the title of vice president, institutional consultant relations. Mr. Hickey received his B.S. in business from the University of Connecticut in 1999. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Stamford CFA Society.

Lee Diamandakis

Vice President of Institutional Sales

Lee Diamandakis is responsible for marketing and selling the firm’s institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2018 he led institutional business development for the Endowment & Foundation client segment at William Blair & Company, LLC. He began at William Blair as a business development head and portfolio specialist for the firm’s hedge fund strategies team. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, Inc. focusing on business development and consultant relations across the North American and EMEA regions. Mr. Diamandakis started his career as an investment consultant and hedge fund team lead at Stratford Advisory Group, Inc.

Mr. Diamandakis received a B.S. in finance from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).



David mcelroy

Vice President of Institutional Sales

David McElroy is responsible for marketing and selling the firm’s institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus in 2018, Mr. McElroy led institutional sales and consultant relations in the south at Virtus Investment Partners/Ridgeworth Capital Management. Previously, he was the Head of Sales at Cornerstone Investment Partners, where he directed all aspects of sales and marketing infrastructure. Mr. McElroy also spent a decade at Invesco, rising from Inside Sales Coordinator to Senior Director of Consultant Relations. He began his career at the Teachers and Employees Retirement System of Georgia as a Junior Analyst.

Mr. McElroy received a B.A. from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA. He holds the Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.

Tom Seftenberg is responsible for coordinating the relationship management and marketing efforts of the firm. Additionally, he serves on the firm’s business management committee. He has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 1999 he worked briefly with Heller Finance, Inc. as a leveraged finance associate in the corporate finance group. From 1998 to 1999, he was an investment banking associate for the structured finance group at Nomura Securities International, Inc. He began his career with The Northern Trust Company in 1992. At the time of his departure in 1998 he was a relationship manager and bank officer in the private banking group. Mr. Seftenberg received his B.A. in political science from Wittenberg University in 1991 and completed his MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago in 1998.

Sarah Greene is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing relationships with the firm's clients. Ms. Greene joined Driehaus Capital Management in 2004.

Carrie O’Donnell

Director of Marketing and Product Development

Carrie O’Donnell is the director of marketing and product development for the firm. She is responsible for various sales and marketing functions that enhance the firm’s opportunities by analyzing investment strategies and responding to requests for proposals. Additional responsibilities include relaying performance metrics and attribution analysis.

Before joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2015, Ms. O’Donnell worked as a second vice president, alternative investment analyst for the Northern Trust Company. Prior to that role, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Balter Capital Management, LLC, leaving with the title of senior operations analyst. She has also worked as an analyst for the Northern Trust Company in a previous tenure with the firm and as a communications/research assistant with the US Dairy Export Council.

Ms. O’Donnell received a B.A. in international business from the College of Charleston.
