Stephen Weber, CFA

Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management

Stephen Weber is the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management and is responsible for directing the Firm’s sales, marketing and relationship management functions. As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Weber also participates in a decision-making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the Firm.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2006 he was Vice President, Global Consultant Relations at BlackRock Inc. From 1999 to 2005, he worked at Columbia Management (formerly Stein Roe & Farnham), where he was Senior Vice President, National Director of Consultant Relations. He started his career in institutional sales and marketing with Wells Capital Management. Mr. Weber received his B.S. degree in Finance and International Studies from Indiana University in 1992. He is a CFA charterholder.

Will HickeY, CFA

Vice President of Institutional Sales

Will Hickey is the Vice President of Institutional Sales. His responsibilities include marketing and selling the Firm’s institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2007 he worked in the institutional marketing group for Columbia Management Advisors and left that firm in 2007 with the title of Vice President, Institutional Consultant Relations. Mr. Hickey received his B.S. degree in Business from the University of Connecticut in 1999. Mr. Hickey is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Stamford CFA Society.

Jason Pomatto

Vice President of Institutional Sales

Jason Pomatto joined Driehaus in 1997. His responsibilities include marketing and selling the Firm's institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds. He has over 17 years experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus, Mr. Pomatto held positions of increasing responsibility at Performance Analytics, Inc., including Marketing Director and Client Services Representative from 1994 to 1997. He began his career as a registered representative at the brokerage firm of Olde Stockbrokers. Mr. Pomatto earned his M.B.A. in 2001 from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and received his B.S. degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University in 1993. He holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Tom Seftenberg

Director of Relationship Management

Tom Seftenberg is the Director of Relationship Management and is responsible for coordinating the relationship management efforts of the Firm. As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Seftenberg also participates in a decision-making capacity which helps guide the strategic initiatives of the Firm. He has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 1999 he worked briefly with Heller Finance, Inc. as a Leveraged Finance Associate in the corporate finance group. From 1998 to 1999, he was an Investment Banking Associate for the structured finance group at Nomura Securities International, Inc. He began his career with The Northern Trust Company in 1992. At the time of his departure in 1998 he was a Relationship Manager and Bank Officer in the private banking group. Mr. Seftenberg received his B.A. degree in Political Science from Wittenberg University in 1991 and completed his M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago in 1998.

Relationship Manager

Sarah Greene is a Relationship Manager and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing relationships with the Firm’s clients. Ms. Green joined Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2004 and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.

John Merritt

Manager, Product Development and Marketing

John Merritt is the Manager of Product Development and Marketing and is responsible for the management of the Firm’s investment product development. Additionally, he and his team work with senior leadership and portfolio managers in order to execute the corresponding marketing strategies. He has over 13 years of experience in the investment industry.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2007 he worked for Ellwood Associates as an investment consultant from 1998 to 2007. Mr. Merritt received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998 and earned his M.B.A. from the Keller Graduate School of Management in 2003.

Elizabeth Mathew Stevko

Senior Product Development Analyst

Elizabeth Mathew Stevko is a Senior Product Development Analyst and is responsible for various sales and marketing functions to maximize the Firm’s opportunities through analyzing investment strategies for marketing and relationship management efforts. Additional responsibilities include relaying performance metrics and attribution analysis.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2010 she worked on an international trading desk for 2 years and subsequently on the marketing team at Philadelphia International Advisors. She received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with minors in History and Legal Studies from The Wharton School. She holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
