Damian Gaj is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s trade support, which includes the trade lifecycle end-to-end, from order entry through broker matching. Additionally, Mr. Gaj works with custodians to ensure client accounts are open to trade in different countries and oversees market and trading restrictions for trading and/or corporate actions.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2018, Mr. Gaj worked as a Pricing Analyst for the Northern Trust Company. He started his career in the industry as a Business Finance Consultant for LQD Business Finance. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from Saint Xavier University.
