James Woods is a senior analyst on the Emerging Markets Team with a focus on the materials, energy and industrials sectors in addition to frontier markets. His in-depth fundamental research, idea generation and buy/sell recommendations are leveraged across the three strategies managed by the Driehaus Emerging Markets Team.

Before joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2015, Mr. Woods worked as an investment analyst for IFC Asset Management Company, a subsidiary of the World Bank Group. Prior to that role, he worked as a senior equity research associate at FBR & Co. in its diversified industrials and energy and natural resources groups.

Mr. Woods received a B.A. from the University of Florida and a M.S. in finance from Vanderbilt University.
