Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Driehaus stands for equity and inclusion and fosters diversity of thought by valuing intelligent, hard-working, open-minded, and intellectually curious employees with high integrity.

Our Accomplishments

Since the DEI Committee started in September 2018, DCM has implemented many changes within the firm’s recruiting/interview process, sponsored internships for minority students, increased employee training on DEI topics such as unconscious bias, started a DEI book club, and fostered partnerships with local organizations that work with underrepresented students to provide volunteer mentors/coaches.

DCM partnered with Out In Finance last year to host the organizations first 'Finance In Focus' event. We have been a proud partner with the organization since 2023.

100 Women in Finance is an organization that aims to strengthen women's presence in the finance field by supporting women at each career stage to achieve their career goals.

All Stars Project

All Stars Project is a national nonprofit that uses a performance based approach to help tens of thousands of inner-city youth and their families create success in their lives.

Women Investment Professionals

Woman Investment Professionals is an organization that is united by a passion for strengthening opportunities for ourselves and the women who will follow us.

Northwestern Settlement

Northwestern Settlement is an organization dedicated to disrupting generational poverty by supporting, preparing, and empowering young people at distinct stages of life.

Out in Finance

Out in Finance unites individuals across the financial services industry to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality.

This past year DCM had the privilege of attending the 2024 Spring Benefit for the All Stars Project of Chicago. We have been a proud partner of the organization since 2019.
