Since the DEI Committee started in September 2018, DCM has implemented many changes within the firm’s recruiting/interview process, sponsored internships for minority students, increased employee training on DEI topics such as unconscious bias, started a DEI book club, and fostered partnerships with local organizations that work with underrepresented students to provide volunteer mentors/coaches.
DCM partnered with Development School for Youth/All Stars Program to host a 2023 Internship Prep Workshop. We have been a proud partner with the organization since 2019.
This past year DCM participated in Women Investment Professionals (WIP) 2023 Annual Trailblazer Dinner. We have been proud members of WIP since 2019.
