Since the DEI Committee started in September 2018, DCM has implemented many changes within the firm’s recruiting/interview process, sponsored internships for minority students, increased employee training on DEI topics such as unconscious bias, started a DEI book club, and fostered partnerships with local organizations that work with underrepresented students to provide volunteer mentors/coaches.
DCM partnered with Out In Finance last year to host the organizations first 'Finance In Focus' event. We have been a proud partner with the organization since 2023.
This past year DCM had the privilege of attending the 2024 Spring Benefit for the All Stars Project of Chicago. We have been a proud partner of the organization since 2019.
