Karyn Clark, director of human resources, is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the human resources department. Additionally, she serves on the firm’s business management committee.

Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management in 2017, she worked as a senior human resources generalist at Sargent & Lundy, LLC for ten years. Prior to that, Ms. Clark worked as a human resources generalist at Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana and at St. Vincent Catholic Charities in Lansing, MI as their director of human resources.

Ms. Clark received her B.A. at Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana and a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. She holds the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
