Ben Olien is a senior analyst on the US Growth Equities Team with a focus on the materials, energy, industrials and utilities sectors. His in-depth fundamental research, idea generation and buy/sell recommendations are leveraged across the Micro Cap Growth, Small Cap Growth and Small/Mid Cap Growth strategies.

Mr. Olien began his career with the International Trade Group as a futures trader until he joined Driehaus Capital Management in 2005. He received his B.B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. Mr. Olien is a CFA charterholder.
